Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Unmet Requirements After Revisions:
If we fail to meet your requirements even after three revision attempts, you are entitled to a full refund.

  2. No Expert Assigned:
If your order is placed but no expert is assigned to it, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

  3. Order Cancellation (Within 6 Hours):
If you cancel your order within 6 hours of expert assignment, the refund amount will range between 20% and 100%, depending on the work completed by the expert.

  4. Missed Deadlines Without Extensions:
If we fail to deliver your solution within the official deadline and no extension was agreed upon, you qualify for a full refund.

  5. Low-Quality Solutions:

    • If your solution receives a failing grade even after three revisions, you will receive a full refund.
    • For solutions of substandard quality that do not meet your expectations but do not qualify for a failing grade, we may provide a partial refund if there is insufficient time for further revisions.
